- Ensure someone is available for scheduled pickup or delivery, if applicable.

Services & Booking Policy
While every effort is made to care for your laundry, DD Delivery Services LLC is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, color bleeding, shrinkage due to improper garment care instructions, or items left in pockets. Customers are responsible for checking garment care labels and notifying us of any special handling instructions before service.
Services are available by appointment only. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your scheduled service. The remaining balance is due according to the terms of your invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service and are non-refundable in the event of client cancellation. Appointment changes or rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
